TO LOWER THE GAS BILL.
1. Do not leave the kettle on the gas after the water has commenced to boil.

5. Never let, the bottom of saucepans or kettles get coated with soot, as they take much’ longer to boil. 0. Don't waste gas by turning the lap on full and allowing the Hame to encircle the saucepan.
7. As soon as the oven is hot lower the jets a little. It takes ahout Hfteen minutes to heat the oven thoroughly. 8. Keep the gas stove perfectly clean. Wipe out the oven while it! is still warm with a piece of newspaper. Once a week clean all the burners, using a hat-pin to remove grease or soot.
