Names omitted from the Main Roll may now be added to the Supplementary List. The names of Soldiers now absent from the Dominion, but who may return before the dale of the Munici-pal-Elections, may be reinstated on the Roll (if previously on the Roll and now struck off) upon application being made by any responsible member of the soldier’s family.
