There were 41 deaths and 441 fresh eases in the past three days. The city hospitals are overcrowded, and there is a great shortage of nurses. HOSPITAL ACCOMMODATION IN SYDNEY. Sydney, April 8. The Board of Health has taken over tiie buildings at Randwick racecourse for hospital purposes. THE FORT STEPHENS CASE, Auckland, Yesterday. Mr Martin, chief officer of the steamer Port Stephens, who is suffering a mild attack of influenza, has been landed at Moluihi. The steamer remains in quarantine for four days.
