J Official advice has been received \ that lour more liners have left the
United Kiiigdoih for the Dominion with - returning drafts of New Zealand Soldiers on hoard. The particulars are as under: — Kia Ora, with Returning Draft No, 242 on board; —Left United Kingdom 27th March; due, proha lily, at Lyttelton, about Bth May. Draft comprises 15 officers and 964 other troops. Northumberland, with Returning Draft No. 243 on board: —Left United Kingdom 28th March; due, probably at Wellington, about 9th May. Draft comprises 56 officers and 1,274 oilier troops. , Paparoa, with Returning Draft No. 246 on board: —Left United Kingdom Ist April; due about 12lb May. Dra ft comprises 25 olfiecrs, 7 nurses, 555 other ranks, 7 Imperial olfiecrs, and 2 children. Carpentaria, with Returning Draft No. 217 on board:—Left United Kingdom 2nd April; duo, probably at Lyttelton, 13th May. Total complement of draft 575. The Devon left Suez on sth April for New Zealand ports, and it is understood that she also has troops on hoard. This, exclusive of the Devoirs contingent, brings the total number of New Zealand troops now on the water en route for the Dominion to 10,862. These are being conveyed in thirteen steamers, which, in addition to troops, have 562 women, children, and civilians on board. The names of the vessels, the number of troops they have on board, and (he dates of their expected arrival in New Zealand, are as follows : No. of Troops. Ifiie. Willochra 1060 April 14 Kaikoura 1112 April 17 Maheno 398 April 20 Dim mo 818 April 22 Rarangu 1075 April 23 Corinthic 1161 April 24 lonic 743 April 26 Tainui 408 April 28 Remuera 524 April 20 Kia Ora 970 May 8 Northumberland 1220 May 9 Paparoa 580 May 12 Carpentaria 575 May 13 The whole of the above vessels with the exeeplbm of the Kaikoura have sailed from the United Kingdom, and are making for New Zealand ports via Ilii! Panama Canal. The lonic has 168 women, 7 civilians, and 61 children, and the Reamera 121, women and 38 children. The Defence Department, advises that the Willochra will reach Wellington on the night of Monday, the 14th instant.
