PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that at the Licensing Poll to he holden on 10th of April the following persons will he entitled to vole, although their names are not on the Electoral Roll or have been ruled out on (he Electoral Roll: — (1) Every returned member of the Expeditionary Forces whose discharge does not lake tinal effect until after the 10th April, provided such member produces to the Returning Officer his leave or status certificate. (2) Every person, including dis- ■ charged members of (he Expeditionary Forces, who can and does make before the Returning Officer a declaration under section 18 of the Legislature Amendment Act, 1914, either (a) that his name was on the roll specially printed for thiv Licensing Poll and has been ruled out on that roll, or (b) that he was at the last election in flic district in which he now tenders his vote on the roll of electors for such district and voted at that election, and is still qualified to he enrolled as an elector of the district.
