The Government Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day: — The indications are for westerly winds moderate to strong, freshening. There is a prospect of fair to cloudy weather, with increasing haze to cloudiness. The barometer Ims a rising tendency, hut falling after about 24 hours. Seas moderate, titles good.
