NAPIER WILL CASE.

Argument is being heard at the Supremo Court to-day by the Chief Justice in the eases relating to the wills of the late Mrs and Mr E. W. Knowles, of Napier, evidence in which was heard at Napier' last month. Plaintiff is Mrs Amelia C. Macfarlane, daughter of testator and testatrix, and defendants arc John Vigor Brown and Francis Logan, trustees of the estate. Plaintiff asks that the estate be admin-t istered by the Court. #
