CHARGE AGAINST A MOTOR CYCLIST.

The collision of a motor cycle with a company of Cadets drilling on the Panmure Road on 11th March last, resulted in Albert David Prosser being charged with causing actual bodily barm to Alber'j Claude Hyde, in circumstances that if death had been caused lie would havq been guilty of manslaughter. Accused was committed for trial.
