All A IMA' CRH Alt OF (lERMANY. DALY A THOUSAND LEFT. (Special from the Oilieial War Correspondent.) Cologne, March IS. Another draft oi (iOO men, including the last of the artillery, got away yesterday from Cologne for England, via Rouen. There arc now less than a thousand men here, and next week should see the whole division clear oi Germany. The delay to demobilisation, caused by the strikes in England, has been overcome for the present, and last •week several troopships sailed for New Zealand.
