AIRPLANES USED IN ELECTION. In the Caucasus, modern methods of electioneering' were recently employed which would startle even American political workers. When an election was held to set up an autonomous state, there were Ki parties represented on the ballot in Tillis. One of the parties put out 2,000,000 flyers or handbills, and the Bolsheviks used airplanes to shower their campaign literature all over the city.
