ALLEGED UNLAWFUL USE OF INSTRUMENT. Nelson, Aland) (i. In connection with the death of a girl, the police arrested at Sandy Ba v a married woman named Emma Caroline Fletcher, a resident of Nelson, mi a charge of unlawlully using an instrument with intent ,to procure miscarriage. She was brought he fore the Court at Alotueka, and remanded to appear at Nelson on Salurdav.
