Now, recognising the handicap imposed upon the head teacher, in the way of publicity, we make this offer; That the head teacher submits (be nature of the alleged unfair treatment accorded him to the Chairman of Committee, the latter to take full responsibility for publication, and if such allegations are proved to be true, then the amende honorable will be made.
