DIVORCE CASE.
Dunedin, Feb/ 19. In the Supreme Court to-day, Mary Jam 1 Moody, who was acquitted in November last on a charge of attempting to murder her husband, Benjamin William James Moody, sought a dissolution of her marriage on the ground of misconduct. A decree nisi was granted.
