The Government Aletcorologist vires as follows at noon to-day; The indications arc for variable and strong breezes, hut westerly moderate to strong prevailing, and hacking by south to east. Expect changeable and showery weather. The barometer has a rising tendency, but falling soon. Seas moderate, tides good.
