Yesterday afternoon a party of ladies from the local club paid a ' isil to Levin, where .Viesdames Whibley and Woods ployed (ho holders of the Gold Stars, Mrs fan-t ( caster and Miss Whittaker. Th re- ' suit of the game was a win for the holders by 11 points. The visitors were very hospitably entertained, and spent u most enjoyable afternoon.
