The lion. G. W. Russell stated to-day that the printers were working on the certificates. “in many districts Hie proposal is received ■with great satisfaction," said the Minister, "and from the head of the Dunedin eiiizens’ organisation I have received the names of nearly 250 persons to whom they desired certificates to h-i presented.” Mr Russell expressed the opinion (hat no one would feel insulted hy the offer of the reward, If some did not wish, it, they had only lo say so, and there would ho an end of the matter a- far as they were concerned. -
