TRADE PROSPECTS.
BRITAIN READY TO FILL ORDERS. Wellington, Last Night. Cablegrams received from the British Department of Overseas Trade state that the restrictions on manufacture, imports, and exports have already been largely relaxed in the United Kingdom, and there arcn good prospects for the export trade., as far as tonnage permits. Orders placed during the war have now a good prospect of execution, and arrangements for new business may be made. Permits to manufacture : ' and priority certificates are no longer required and British manufacturers are. open to receive and fill orders in many lines that have been closed during the war. j
