CHARGE OF MANSLAUGHTER.
SEQUEL TO MOTOR CAR ACCI-
DENT
Dunedin, Dec. 13,
At the City Police Court, Ellis Matt how Peacock, driver of a motor car, was charged with manslaughter, as (lie result of a fatal accident lo Thomas Lloyd on November 118th, deceased being knocked down by the car driven by accused. The magistrate held that there was no criminal neglect shown, and dismissed the charge.
