So far as the Kaiser was concerned, they wore all agreed that he should be punished.

If there was to be an indemnity, added the Prime Minister, he would be very glad that Yew Zealand should gel its share. (Hear, hear.) Those were points for the Peace Conference to decide. The matter of (he interned men was one for consideration by Cabinet, and it would be considered accordingly.
