In PURSUANCE of the powers conferred on me by Section IS of (he Pubiie Health AH, 1908, and beiii}’: authorised in dial behnll by the Governor-General, I, Michael Herberf Wad, I lie District Health Officer at Wellington, do hereby require all places and building's in the Wellington Health District set out or referred to in the schedule below to be isolated by being closed for one week from the date of this notice, and during the period of such isolation no person shall enter any such building, save for the purpose of cleansing or disinfecting (he same, or for some other purpose directed bv me. ’SCHEDULE: All theatres, moving picture theatres, dancing halls, billiard saloons, concert rooms, shooting galleries and other buildings or rooms used as places of public entertainment or amusement, all public and private schools, all places used for race meetings, shows or exhibitions of any kind.
