ARMISTICE CONDITIONS.
RECEIVED BY GERMAN PLENIPOTENTIARIES. TIME LIMIT FOR ACCEPTANCE OR REFUSAL. FOCI! REFUSES PROVISIONAL SUSPENSION OF HOSTILITIES, The High Commissioner reports : London, Nov. Bth., 5.50 p.m. Plenipotentiaries received armistice conditions on Friday morning, which must he accepted nr refused within 72 hours. A Gorman proposal for immediate provisional suspension of hostilities was rejected by Marshal Foeh. A German courier has proceeded to Spa with the armistice conditions.
