Messrs Dalgely and Company, Ltd., in conjunction Avith Messrs Wright, Stephenson and Company, Ltd., bog to report having held the auction sale of the second portion of the “Ucatherlea” Estate in Everybody's Theatre, Levin, on Wednesday, on account of Ihe trustees of the Estate of the late Mr J. R. McDonald. There avus a very good attendance of the public, and bidding Avas keen. All of live freehold sections (excepting Lot 1) were sold under the hammer, and four of the leasehold lots Avere sold.
