MILK vendors in different parts of (he Dominion continue to exploit their customers by watering milk. Heavy lines indicted by magistrates upon unscrupulous vendors do not appear to have much effect. Almost every week milk vendors somewhere or other are prosecuted and heavily lined. The water, however, continues (o be added to the, milk. In cases where the health and vitality of infants depend upon a full percentage of fat, it constitutes a serious crime to add water.
