CHURCH SERVICES FOR SUNDAY.
The following services will he held in Ail .Saints’ Church to-mor-row: —8 a.m. Holy Communion, 11 a.m Litany and Holy Communion, 7 pan. Intercession and Thanksgiving Service in connection with the War.
The services to-morrow in connection with the Methodist Church will be as follow: —Foxton, 11 a.m. Mr Smith, 7 pan. Mr J. Ghryslall; Shannon, 11 a.m. and 7 pan., Rev. A. Harding.
Salvation Army Services. —Special Day of Prayer, Meetings at 7 and 11 nan. and 3 and 7 pan. At 7 pan., farewell to Bandsman King,
The services at the local Presbyterian Church to-morrow will be conducted at 11 a.m. and 7 pan. by the minister, Rev. J. H. Bredin. The subject for the evening service will lie: “Recognition of Divine Mercies in the great successes achieved by our arms on all the fighting fronts.”
