THE WEATHER.
The Government Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day:— Indications for variable and moderate breezes, but easterly winds moderate to strong prevailing. Misty rain is to be expected in parts, with mild and hazy conditions generally. Barometer little movement at present. Sea moderate, tides poor.
