Every voter will he ranged on one side or the other. It is the duty of every citizen, therefore, to examine the facts dispassionately and come to a reasoned judgment. Is the Liquor Truffle a necessity; Is it a help or a hindrance? Can it he relied on to assist the Nation in facing and solving the great afterwar problems'? Will it help us to clearer judgment? Will it make our men stronger, to attack the new conditions ? Will it help us to meet the tremendous financial obligations which the war has accumulated? Can it he relied on to assist in promoting a higher and stronger and saner type of national life? Will it help us to carry out the determination that this country must lie made a better country and worthy of the supreme sacrifice made by our boys and our men? If the Liquor Trade will do this it should he retained. If it will not it should be abolished. Hake up your mind and act accordingly. Tiie Efficiency Board carefully considered the matter, took evidence from ail sorts of witnesses, and decided unanimously that there was only one conclusion possible.
