The Public Trustee notifies that all claims against the estate of the late Arthur Cole must he sent to the agent of the Public Trust Office, at Palmerston North, on or before November Bth. On Wednesday next, at 1.30 o’clock, the Empire Auctioneering Company will hold an auction sale of I,oooft. of timber, doors, window sashes, skylight, frames, etc., on account of Messrs Stiles and Miltheson, Ltd. Next . Friday, at 1 o’clock, at Nyo's Yards, Messrs Mounsey and Co. will submit under the hammer a very desirable house property in Patrick Street. They will also sell furniture, fruit and hedge plants, and sundries, some of which are advertised to-day. Further entries are solicited, particulars of which may be left at this office.
