Harrison, a dairyman in the city, was fined £2O for selling milk containing 7 per cent, of added water and milk deficient in milk solids to the extent of 4.4 per cent, Defendant was not represented at the hearing, but counsel subsequently appeared and stated that a re-hearing would he applied for,
