The Government Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day:— The indications are for northerly winds moderate to strong prevailing. There is a prospect of fair to cloudy weal her. The night will proha lily he very cold. Barometer falling after about 24 hours. Reas moderate, tides poor.
