FLAXMILL DESTROYED.
A llaxmill at Waitakaruru, owned by Messrs Hunter Brothers, was destroyed by fire on Tuesday last. A shed containing a large quantity of fibre was also destroyed. It is believed that there was a small insurance on the plant, but the owners arc heavy losers. The mill had only been re-erected about twelve months, having been destroyed by lire a little over a.year ago.
