SHIPPING.
The Queen of the South arrived in Wellington from Eoxton on Wednesday, and has been delayed there through shortage of labour. She will sail for Foxton to-night, being due here to-morrow morning, and will sail again for Wellington on Monday night, with a cargo of hemp, and after discharging that, will sail for Terakohe to load cement for Foxton.*
