• t Hastings, Yesterday. After two days’ hearing of evi-' dence in a charge of manslaughter against Charles Stubbs in connection with the death of Pohert Bignail Langworthy, resulting from injuries received in a motor-cycle collision last May, the Magistrate (Mr Page) dismissed the information, and accused was discharged.
