THE WEATHER.
The Government Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day :• — The indications are for westerly winds strong to gale, hacking by west to south. The weather appears likely to change for the worse again soon. The weather appears likely to he cloudy and unsettled; rain probable, and snow on high country. Barometer unsteady, but. rising shortly. Seas heavy, tides moderate.
