Marton, Yesterday

At Marton Court yesterday, John Henry Brooks, music teacher, Ohingaite, was committed for trial at the Wanganui Supreme Court on five charges of assaulting three little girls under eleven .years of age. The case occupied till 11.30 hist night. Bail was allowed, self in £IOO, and two sureties v£ £2OO each.
