Owing to the unsatisfactory position in regard to the distribution of petrol, the Government has found it necessary In assume control over the importation, sale, and distribution. The Board of Trade, which investigated the subject at the Government’s request, has prepared regulations to govern distribution. The maximum retail prices at different centres have been fixed.
