FIRST BALLOT OF CLASS C.
10,000 MARRIED MEN CALLED TO ARMS. LOCAL AND DISTRICT NAMES. A Gazette Extraordinary was issued yesterday, calling np 10,075 men of Class C, Second Division of the Expeditionary Force Reserve, and accretions to the First Division, and Classes A and B of the Second Division. Tho accretions to the First Division number 529, to Class A Second Division 35, and to Class B. 93 —a total of 10,732, The total number of men called up by ballot and by Special Gazette (without ballot) under the Military Service Act to date is 124,499. Of these, 82,122 were members of the First Division, and 42,377 members of the Second Division. The respective calls were made as under:—
