STARTLING INCREASES
The new vjiluji tions of the Bent'll properties are to hand, and have been forwarded to ns for publication. The increases are considered too hit’ll, and in many cases ridiculously so, in view of the fact that: the rating is on the capital value. Objections must be lodged not later than the 21st inst.
