FOXTON HARBOUR BOARD. NOTICE of Result of Poll on Proposal to raise a Loan of £1(5,000, under the provisions of “The Foxton Harbour Board Amendment Act, 1017.” Pursuant to section 12 of “Tim Local Bodies Loans Act, 1013,” I hereby give notice that at a poll of ratepayers of the Foxton Harbour District, taken on the 21st day of May, 10.18, on the proposal of the Foxton Harbour Board to borrow the sum of £1(5,000 for the purpose of: 1. The payment by the Board to His Majesty the King of the sum of £5,000 for the transfer of the lands and assets mentioned in Section 8 of “The Foxton Harbour Board Amendment Act, 1017”; 2. The construction and purchase of a dredge and the construction and performance of the works or .any of them authorised by Section 0 of “The Foxton Harbour Board Amendment Act, 1917.” The number of votes recorded for the proposal was 1,3(58.
