Christchurch, May 20,
lit the Supreme Court to-day, James Hicks Parkinson petitioned for dissolution of his marriage with Alice May Clinton, Leslie Poison being joined as co-respondent, also £SOO damages. A decree nisi was granted, and damages as claimed were awarded against the co-re-spondent.
