SALE OF DAIRY FARMS.
On Friday, May 31st, Messrs T. Mandeno Jackson will hold a highly important sale of dairy farms at their rooms, Customs Street East, Auckland. Eight farms, ranging from 245 to 417 acres, comprising in all 2,800 acres, will be submitted. The property is the well-known Piarere Estate, situated five miles from the Tirau railway station, and 15 miles from Cambridge. The property is practically all ploughable, and nearly the whole of it has been grassed. It is well watered, and is as good dairying land as can be wished for. The terras are easy, being 10 per cent, cash, 10 per cent, in 12 months, and the balance five years at 6 per cent. Plans can be obtained on application to the auctioneers.
