THE WEATHER.
The Government Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day:— The indications are for freshening winds moderate to strong, with a southerly tendency. The weather appears likely to be cloudy and unsettled, with rain following. Barometer unsteady, but rising shortly. Sea considerable, tides good.
