ANZAC DAY.
THURSDAY NEXT. The Mn yor invites citizens to observe Thursday next, Anzac Day, as a public holiday. At 3 p.m. an united service will be held in Urn Town Hall, to which the public is specially invited to be A special invitation is given to all returned soldiers. Printed forms of service will he distributed to those attending, and the singing will he led by the combined choirs, under the conductorship of Air Betty. At (he conclusion of the service the ladies will entertain all returned soldiers and their friends to afternoon tea in the Town Hull supperroom.
