THE WEATHER.
The Government Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day: — The indications are for variable and strong breezes, but south-east-erly moderate to strong prevailing, and freshening. The weather appears likely Ip he cloudy and unsettled, with rain following. The barometer has a falling tendency, but rising shortly. Seas rough off shore, tides moderate.
