BOWLING.
On the local green on Saturday,, a two-rink friendly game was plays ed with Otaki. The visitors included some of their best bowlers. The green was in first-class order, and was favourably commented upon by the visitors. Twenty-five heads were played by each rink, the aggregate scores were, Otaki 54, Foxton 52.
