MOUTOA NOTES.

(Own Correspondent.) Yesterday morning dawned bright and line for the picnic. Shortly after 10 o’clock the children began to gather with their parents and friends, and also visitors from Foxton and Shannon, and by 12 noon the rendezvous kindly lent by Dr, Wall at Marotiri presented an animated seexxe. Large willows provided ample shade. In fact, it was an ideal spot for a picnic. Games were indulged in, and the various running events were quite a feature of the day. , A detailed report will appear in our next issue.
