DISMISSED FROM THE FORCES.
Auckland, Feb. 21. ' The sentence of the Court-mar-tial-on Lieutenant-Colonel Charles Hareourt Turner, on the charge telegraphed on January 25th, has been promulgated. The Court found Turner guilty on the first charge, and not guilty on the second and third. He is sentenced to be dismissed from the Defence Forces by an order under Section 23 of the Defence Act Amendment, 1912. The sentence has been confirmed by General Robin.
