J, HENRY HOWARD CORK, Returning Officer for the Licensing District of Otaki, do hereby give notice that an election will he held for the purpose of electing five members of the Licensing Committee for the said Licensing District and the latest day for receiving nominations of candidates will be Noon on SATURDAY, the second day of March, 1918; and that the poll, if necessary, will be taken at the several polling places of the said district on Tuesday, the 12th day of March, 1918. Every person desirous of becoming a candidate must be nominated by not less than two electors of the district on a nomination paper as prescribed by Section 105 of the Legislature Act, delivered to the Returning Officer on or before noon on SATURDAY, the 2nd day of March, 1918.
