THE WEATHER.
The Dominion Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day:— The conditions continue threatening, and the indications are for variable and strong wind, and easterly moderate to strong prevailing. Expect dull weather, with much mist and fog in parts. Further heavy rain is to be expected, with rivers flooded. Barometer unsteady. Seas considerable, tides high.
