Elizabeth Rose Kelly (Mr Moore) v. Lazarus ,Wolfe Balkind (Mr Levvey), claim £4OO for alleged wrongful seizure of furniture, and £SO damages. Before the Judge and a jury of four. Borough Council (Mr Cooke) v. John O. Bathelar (Mr Innes), edaim for an injunction and £490 damages. Before the Judge alone. Thomas Burke (Mr Moore) v. William ■ A.. Robson and Madeline Hobson (All* Cooper), claim for £2OO damages for alleged slander. Richard Breatorex (Mr Cooper) v. Osmond Disley (Mr Jackson), claim £3OO and interest, money advanced. Whakaronga Co-operative Dairy Co., Ltd. (Mr Fitzhcrbert), v. William Remnant (Mr Cooper), for moneys due under alleged contract. Edward Doherty (Mr Moore) v. George Dinsdale, claim £250, alleged breach of contract, etc. No defence filed.
