FOXTON TENNIS CLUB.
MEETING TO-MORROW NIGHT.
‘ All those interested-in tennis are reminded of the meeting convened by the trustees for to-morrow night, in the Council Chambers. The object of the meeting is to endeavour 'to resuscitate the dub and put it on a good footing. The dub is possessed of a valuable property, centrally situated, asphalt courts which can be used throughout the year, and a convenient pavilion with gas laid on. But for some reason or other interest in tennis lias waned, and the dub’s affairs have drifted and a debt allowed to accumulate, It is hoped to liquidate this debt, and to make the courts a pleasant social rendezvous for our young people. All old members and intending members are particularly invited to be present.
